So overall, the east side of the view feels a lot more “secure” than most city projects.

The south side has more future risk compared to the east, just because south-facing views in BKK can always change over time depending on what happens with nearby land plots. But right now, directly to the south of this unit is a building around 9 floors, which is a helpful reference point for choosing the right level.

If you’re buying this layout, aim for at least 10th floor and above to clear the existing 9-floor building. But if you want to be more comfortable and “future-proof” your view, the safer range is 15th floor and up.
