What makes these units special is the front view. In front of Times Square 9 (across Street 278), you’re looking at mostly low-rise shophouses, with the tallest being around 8 floors and most sitting around 6–7 floors. Because of that, once you’re above the 8th floor, you’re very likely to clear the surrounding buildings and open up the view a lot more.

And the other big advantage is the future blockage risk is low. Down the end of Street 278 there’s a pagoda / religious site, and that land can’t be developed like regular plots. So compared to other directions where new towers could pop up later, this side is generally less likely to get blocked in the future. You’re also looking toward the main road area leading to Independence Monument and the park zone, which helps keep the view corridor feeling more open.

Because this is a bigger one-bedroom, the entry price is higher, but usually the price per square meter stays pretty similar to the smaller one-bedroom layouts. You’re just buying more space and a better overall position.
