Angkor Grace Residence & Wellness Resort is a condo-resort development by Angkor Hearta Development Co., Ltd, located along Charles De Gaulle Road in Svay Dangkum, Siem Reap. The project covers 2.2 hectares and is only a short drive from Angkor Wat. It’s designed as a mix between residential living and a wellness-focused resort, combining modern comforts with touches of traditional Khmer architecture.
Location and Connectivity
The project sits in Siem Reap’s 5-star hotel district, right in the main tourism and hospitality area of the city. It has direct access to Charles De Gaulle Road, making it easy to reach key attractions and services.
Angkor Wat is about 4.5 km away, roughly a 10-minute drive. Pub Street and Angkor Night Market are around 5 minutes away by car. Other nearby places include The Heritage Walk and Royal Angkor International Hospital. The main city center and commercial areas like Lucky Mall and Angkor Market are usually about 3 minutes away by car.

The development has 263 fully furnished residential units spread across 3 floors. Unit types go from one-bedroom up to five-bedroom layouts, with sizes from around 105 m² to 240 m², catering to solo residents, couples, and larger families.
Specific unit types include:
One Bedroom King Suite: Around 105 m², set up as a private retreat with a garden terrace, living room, full kitchen, and ensuite bedroom.
One Bedroom Accessible King Suite: Similar finishes and layout to the King Suite, but designed for accessibility and located at ground level.
Two Bedroom Suite: Around 94 m², with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and private balcony. Suitable for small families or groups, with capacity for up to five adults.
Three Bedroom Duplex Suite: About 240 m² over multiple levels, with a second-floor entrance and rooftop extension. Offers natural garden views and is suited to families and larger groups.

All units are fully furnished and use concrete and solid wood panel construction, reflecting elements of Cambodian architectural style.
Landscape and Green Space Design
Around half of the land area is dedicated to gardens and landscaping. The design focuses on greenery, with walkways and planted areas running through the project. The layout takes inspiration from the flow of the Siem Reap River.
Materials include locally-made clay bricks and breezeblocks with Khmer-style patterns, along with pigmented concrete meant to echo Siem Reap’s red soil. Overall, the project puts more emphasis on nature and open space compared to a typical urban condo.

Architectural and Design Philosophy
The overall concept focuses on wellness and nature. The design combines modern lines with Khmer heritage influences, especially through materials and spatial planning. Local firm Bloom Architecture led the design, with landscaping and master planning developed over a seven-year period.
Traditional Khmer patterns, locally sourced materials, and concrete tinted to resemble Siem Reap’s red soil help tie the project to its local setting, while still targeting modern living standards.
Project Status and Completion
Construction was fully completed in 2023. The property is now operating as both a wellness resort and a residential investment product, welcoming daily guests as well as longer-term residents and owners.
